Upon paying this deposit you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Payments:-
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR WEDDING IS NOT BOOKED IN / CONFIRMED UNTIL A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
Ashley requires a non- refundable deposit of £50.00 to secure her services for your big day. Dates are not confirmed until deposits are received.

** please note that the final balance needs to be settled at least one month before the wedding date.
The quote is protected once you have paid your deposit against any possible price increases. The price given is based on a per wedding party services, should the size of your party change, the prices will change accordingly.
Responsibilities:-
The lead person ( usually the bride ) must read through and accept all terms and conditions because it is the sole responsibility of the lead person on the booking of the wedding or event services to read through our booking conditions and ensure they fully understand and accept responsibility for these terms and conditions.
Ashley would politely ask that all correspondence be made via the lead person on the booking to avoid confusion and any administrative errors – this includes general enquiries or amendments. She would also ask to use the same method of communication – ie email/facebook so that our conversation is held all in one place.
It is the responsibility of the client to inform Ashley of any allergies, skin conditions or concerns prior to application of any product – she ask for this to be done verbally, directly to the person applying any products to avoid any miscommunication or error. Ashley cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities endured and she would also ask for you to inform her of any reactions that may occur after product application too.
Trials/ consultations:-
Your bridal makeup trial/ consultation is the perfect opportunity to explore your desired look for your wedding day and trials are not compulsory but are recommended. Ashley is unfortunately unable to accept responsibility if you choose to proceed without a trial and your desired look is unachievable or doesn’t suit. In this case no refunds will be offered.
Ashley does advise that you book your trial in to take place six to eight weeks before your wedding day, but if you wanted one sooner , that can possibly be booked provided there was availability, The cost of a hair/ makeup trial can be set against the deposit if you want the trial before committing to Ashley for your day.
In the unlikely event that you feel you needed another trial- that can be offered also, and it to Ashley’s discretion as to whether this cost is added to the invoice.
When you come in for your trial Ashley will aim to give you a comprehensive experience understanding both you and your wedding, trying and testing to see what will suit you best based on what is discussed.
Please attend the trial/ consultation wearing something light in colour so that you can see get an idea of how the hair/ and makeup looks against your wedding dress.( if you’re wearing white)
If you are having a hair/ makeup trial elsewhere try to coincide this with the trial booked in with Ashley as you will get a closer idea of the overall look.
If you are having a hair trial ideally wash your hair the night before. If you do have to wash it that day then please try not to use any extreme temperature to dry or style if possible.
For makeup preparation Ashley will cleanse your skin, exfoliate when necessary, apply serum & or moisturiser , then prime the skin.
Ideally your hair and makeup on your wedding day should be a perfected version of the look that’s created during the trial therefore it is so important to let Ashley know if you have any problems or if there’s anything you don’t like during the consultation- after all that is the whole purpose of a trial! Also remember to ask what lipstick they have used if you like it too, or one that they recommend so that you can purchase yourself for you and your bridesmaids to top up on the day.
Your wedding day is such an important day and the photographs last a lifetime so make the most of your trial to get it just right so you leave feeling satisfied and confident.
It may be that you can eliminate a look , or tweak and adjust the look achieved at the trial for the wedding day.
Ashley is unable to accommodate any trials on Saturdays with exception.
Trials are not compulsory but are recommended. Unfortunately Ashley is unable to accept responsibility if you choose to proceed without a trial and your desired look is unachievable or doesn’t suit. Ashley will also be unable to offer a refund.
Cancellation or changing your booking:-
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your wedding booking within 6 months of the wedding date Ashley reserves the right to charge you up to 50% of the invoiced amount.
If you cancel your booking 6 months or more before your wedding date, you will not be charged but your deposit is non-refundable.
If you change your wedding date, you will be charged a £50.00 administration fee for doing so. This will be payable at the time of changing the initial date. The £50.00 will be based on a like for like booking.
If you wish to change your wedding date, but we are unable to complete the new date, the deposit you have paid will be non-refundable, however, there will be no other outstanding fee.
The price however will be subject to change according to the new size of the party
If there are any cancellations after one month when the full balance has been paid there will be no refund.
Travel and Timings:-
Ashley can travel to any venue or destination weddings provided costings are accounted for and timings allowed. ( an arrangement with the bride will be made as part of the agreed wedding package for destination weddings and if Ashley needs to stay overnight which will need to be discussed and agreed accordingly.)
Otherwise all travel costings are worked out after a 15 mile radius then 50 pence per mile is charged which also covers for the time committed to the wedding.
An allocated start time will be discussed and arranged during the trial for all weddings based on the time the bridal party and bride need to be ready by. Ideally this will give time at the end for the bride to get into her dress. You should receive a email/ message confirming the start time for the services for the wedding the day beforehand .If you are getting ready from a venue please provide the details of the room your are in.
Ashley will always do her very best to be on time however, if she experiences any unforeseen delays which are out of her control, such as unexpected traffic congestion or severe weather disruption compensation will not be offered if she exceeds her allocated time and refunds will not be given in the event that one or more services are forfeited as a result.
You will be given a start time for the preparation for your wedding . It is the lead bookers responsibility to ensure that everyone is available at the allocated time. Ashley is unable to offer refund or compensation and will not be held responsible for delays caused by other suppliers, guests, or members of the bridal party.
